Test and Certification

Rest easy knowing all new works that we install are tested and certificated by our electricians. We are accredited by NICEIC and in accordance with all current British standards and regulations.

EICR:

All electrical installations deteriorate with time. Although domestic properties (which are not rented out) are not required to have a valid EICR, it is recommended that your homes are tested every 5-10 years. Landlords that are renting out must have a valid EICR. An Electrical Installation Condition Report is like a M.O.T for the electrical installation in your home.

Once your test and inspection is complete you will be issued with a 'satisfactory' report, that is ensuring your electrical installation is in good condition and up to current regulations. Installations that do not meet these requirements will be issued with an 'unsatisfactory' report with a list of the required remedial works to get your property to 'satisfactory' status.
