First Fix Electrical Installation – Now Complete
The first fix stage of this new build electrical project has now been completed, covering:

With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the first fix phase involved detailed circuit planning to ensure performance, safety, and flexibility as the property is finished.
Three-Phase Power & Distribution Board Setup
This home has been designed with high electrical demand in mind. A 3-phase, 12-way distribution board will be finalised during the second fix stage, allowing for:
